PermitGlance signs in to the city and county permit portals you already use and puts every permit, inspection and deadline on one list. Stop opening 15 websites every morning.
17 jurisdictions live today. Read-only: we never change anything on a city site.
Add the portal accounts you already have for Tampa, Hillsborough, Pinellas and the rest. Passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again.
PermitGlance pulls in the permits on your accounts, with inspections, fees, conditions and city documents. Statuses refresh through the day.
A failed inspection, a new city comment or a permit about to expire turns into an alert and a task for the right person.
These are the jurisdictions we read today. We add areas one at a time, starting with the cities our users ask for.
Pull permits somewhere else? Tell us. The cities people ask for go first.
PermitGlance started as the permit system of a Tampa Bay builder that pulls permits in more than a dozen jurisdictions. Every feature came from a real morning of chasing portals.
Every permit from every city, with status, the city's own expiration date, project and project manager. Filter and sort it any way.
Upcoming and completed inspections with results, in a day-by-day agenda your field team can read on a phone.
Florida permits lapse when work stalls. We count the days since the last passed inspection and warn you before the city does.
Approved plans and city letters are saved with a fingerprint, so you see when the city replaces or removes a file.
A failed inspection or a new plan-review comment becomes a task for the right person, with a reminder if it sits.
Install it to your home screen. Lists turn into cards, and an inspection is one tap from its permit.
PermitGlance only reads the city portals. It never submits applications, schedules or cancels inspections, uploads files or pays fees on your account, and every connector is tested to make sure it can't. Your license and your city accounts stay exactly as you left them.
Any integration you need can be considered. Tell us what you use and what should flow where, and we'll tell you honestly if and when we can build it.
We're opening PermitGlance to a small group of Tampa Bay contractors first. Beta users get every covered city for free, and a say in what we build next. We'll announce plans and prices well before the beta ends.
Send the form below. We're letting contractors in a few at a time, and we'll call you to set up your first cities together.
No. You connect the portal logins you already use. For cities with public records, like St. Petersburg, we find your permits by your company name.
Not today, on purpose. PermitGlance is read-only, so it can never change anything on your city accounts. You schedule inspections the way you do now, and the result shows up in PermitGlance.
Accela's app only works for cities that run Accela and have switched it on. Around the Bay, St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Hernando County, the City of Sarasota and St. Pete Beach run other systems. PermitGlance reads all of them.
Passwords are encrypted before they're stored and are never shown back, not even to our staff. You can disconnect a city at any time, and the password is deleted.
Tell us in the form below, or email support@permitglance.com. We add cities in the order people ask for them.
Tell us about your company and where you pull permits, or what you'd like us to connect. We answer every message within one business day.
